Jamiroquai: This is the band that my girlfriend and I can always agree on when we’re on long car rides. That grooves and that relaxes – and creates a sunny high feeling. The picture of Jay Kay was taken on July 26, 1996 in Hamburg’s Atlantic Hotel – a classic grand hotel with wide hallways and deep carpets: On the carpet that represents a globe. Did Jay and I get along well? We got along so well that Jay high-fived me at the stagepit at his show at CCH in November ’96.

Jamiroquai: Das ist die Band, auf die sich meine Freundin und ich immer einigen können, wenn wir auf langen Autofahrten unterwegs sind. Das groovt und das entspannt – und schafft ein sonniges Hochgefühl. Das Bild von Jay Kay entstand am 26. Juli 1996 im Hamburger Atlantic Hotel – einem klassischen Grandhotel mit weiten Fluren und tiefen Teppichen: Auf dem Teppich, der eine Weltkugel darstellt. Haben wir uns verstanden? Wir haben uns so gut verstanden, dass Jay bei seiner Show im CCH im November `96 am Bühnengraben mit mir abklatschte.
